This company was created in 2006 as a natural desire to utilise Rupert & Lynne’s joint skills in property. Based in Plymouth it aims to provide high quality well thought out homes, with a focus on first and second time buyers.

Plymouth has a fast growing population and a changing demographic. We hope to try to satisfy a small part of the demand for good quality homes for these new buyers.

Our first development, a two bedroom house was sold within two weeks of marketing and at the asking price.

Another property we have developed was featured on BBC’s ‘Homes under the Hammer’. This was an old small derelict barn in central Plymouth. Our office is now located in this property.
