Rupert Lloyd
is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the property industry gained mostly in the London area.

Having initially studied Business Management at College, his introduction to the industry was in property management in both the residential and commercial sectors working for one of the largest property owning companies in the UK. As a result he holds a comprehensive knowledge of building defects and repairs and unusually for a Building Surveyor, an understanding of the commercial property market.

He is a Party Wall specialist and a member of the ‘P & T Club’ the professional body of specialist Party Wall surveyors and also a specialist in building conservation techniques having followed an MSc course in Building Conservation.

Lynne Lloyd
has worked in the interior design industry for 25 years, having studied first at Plymouth College of Art and Design moving on to Bournemouth College (now a University). She then worked in London for one of the most dominant design firms in the market. Amongst others, her client list included American Express, Orange, The Royal College of Nursing and several City organisations.

Her particular skills lie in colour & material choice and space planning. She is also an accomplished project manager.
